hey just came back from cycling.did a pretty 100km round island.
woodlands>lck>westcoast>mtfaber>eastcoast> changi>sengkang>seletar>yishun>woodlands.
its somehow a more of endurance than speed ride.too bad tomorrow i can't come for the west coast ride because of working.

for sunday's match,i've got nothing much to say.
we run them down in the first half and in the second half they run us pretty badly.
but every match is a learning process.
